Tours around the permanent exhibition of the Emigration Museum in Gdynia are conducted by professional guides who graduated from the course held at the Museum and received a relevant certificate. Each of them has an ID card issued by our institution.

A group visiting the permanent exhibition must not exceed 45 people. However, we suggest that groups should not be larger than 25 people. An organized group is not required to visit the exhibition with a tour guide.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, group visiting (more than 10 people) is suspended until further notice.

Permanent exhibition audio guides

We encourage you to visit the permanent exhibition of the Emigration Museum in Gdynia with the use of audio guides available in Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Swedish and polish sign language.

Audio guides can be used via a paid mobile application. The cost of access to the mobile application is PLN 10.00/per one. For more information, please contact the Museum’s ticket offices.

You can log in to the application with the audio guide of the permanent exhibition in two ways:

  • by scanning the QR code and typing the code received at the Museum’s ticket office;

  • by the link http://guide.polska1.pl/, and typing the code received at the Museum ticket office on the website.

With the code received at the Museum ticket office, the audioguide can be used till the end of the day, until 00:00.

Please use your own headphones when using the audio guides of the permanent exhibition.
